visitstandrews said: It won’t be straightforward, but you can take a train from Heathrow into Paddington station, then you’d need to transfer by underground to Kings Cross. From Kings Cross you can either get a train directly to Leuchars (the St Andrews station) or to Edinburgh and then change at Edinburgh for Leuchars. The whole trip will probably take between 8-10 hours, but it’s a beautiful route! To do the reverse trip, take the same trains in the other direction.
